Chester County Tax Collection Committee

TO ALL CCTCC DELEGATES:

The meeting of the CCTCC for the Chester County Tax Collection District (TCD) will be held on November 10, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Conference Center (third floor), at the Chester County Intermediate Unit, 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19335. It is critical that all school districts and municipalities have at least one voting delegate at the annual CCTCC meeting OR submit a Proxy Voting Form no later than October 16, 2026.  A Proxy Voting Form with instructions is available here.
 
The CCTCC Management Committee has prepared the November Meeting Materials to assist in your preparation for the annual meeting of the Chester County Tax Collection Committee (CCTCC).
Thank you for your assistance and commitment towards our successful compliance to the guidelines in Act 32 of 2008. Please RSVP to Jen Miller at 484-237-5071 or JenMi@cciu.org if you plan to attend this meeting, need additional information, or if there have been any changes to the representatives for your entity.  If a delegate from your organization is unable to attend the meeting, please submit a completed Proxy Voting Form by October 16, 2026.
